With 18 years of experience in the creative industry, working at esteemed brands including FatFace and Krispy Kreme, I have led teams that inspire customers through creative storytelling, using photography, video, and animation. As a skilled and detail-oriented designer, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work for clients on a range of projects. I am well-versed in producing creative content for print and digital platforms, including video, responsive websites, email marketing campaigns and social media. I thrive on challenging projects that push my creative boundaries and allow me to develop my skills. Furthermore, I believe in continuous growth and actively share my knowledge with others.

In my current role as Senior Creative Manager at Krispy Kreme UK & IRE, I lead, inspire, and develop a team of middleweight and senior designers. Together, we are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of creative concepts based on briefs from the wider brand team. Our work ranges from initial scamps to final artwork for consumer moments, as well as creative content for the website, email, social media (including video for TikTok), digital advertising, video, and printed point-of-sale materials. Working collaboratively with our photography studio and digital video production agencies, my team and I also oversee all photography and video content. Despite the fast-paced and reactive nature of our business, with multiple tasks ongoing at any given time, I ensure that all output is executed to the highest standards, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition, while meeting deadlines and remaining within budget. Since joining in November 2021, I have implemented a series of processes to improve workflow, communication, transparency, and productivity within the team and wider business. This includes introducing a new briefing platform and collaborating with a retouching agency.

Previously Senior Creative Lead at FatFace. My experience at FatFace has provided me with the ability to understand and engage with diverse audiences, resulting in meaningful and impactful campaigns that foster connections with customers. As Senior Creative Lead reporting to the Marketing Director, I managed a team of designers, freelancers, and agencies responsible for delivering design concepts for seasonal campaigns and projects. Our scope covered various channels such as the FatFace website, email, social media, digital games, digital advertising, video, catalogue, windows, and point-of-sale materials. We catered to over 200 retail stores across the UK, USA, and Ireland. Working alongside the content lead and photography studio manager, my role involved bringing content to life creatively while ensuring high standards, brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition. I effectively managed deadlines and budgets throughout the process.
