In my current role as Senior Creative Lead at
Krispy Kreme UK & IRE, I lead a small team of in-house designers who are responsible for the delivery of creative concepts for packaging and seasonal consumer moments from ideation to final artwork for the Krispy Kreme website, email, social, digital advertising, video and printed POS for Krispy Kreme shops and supermarket cabinets across the UK and Ireland. Working with freelance photographers and video agencies, I am responsible for all art direction of brand photography and video content. All output is executed to the highest standards, contining to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement, whilst ensuring deadlines are met and delivered within budget. On joining Krispy Kreme, I implemented a series of processes to improve communication, transparency and productivity amongst the team and wider business, including the introducting of a new briefing platform and retouching agency to ensure the focus of the team was to deliver best-in-class FMCG creative.
Previously Senior Creative Lead at
FatFace. My experience at FatFace has provided me with the ability to understand and engage with diverse audiences, resulting in meaningful and impactful campaigns that foster connections with customers. As Senior Creative Lead reporting to the Marketing Director, I managed a team of designers, freelancers, and agencies responsible for delivering design concepts for seasonal campaigns and projects. Our scope covered various channels such as the FatFace website, email, social media, digital games, digital advertising, video, catalogue, windows, and point-of-sale materials. We catered to over 200 retail stores across the UK, USA, and Ireland. Working alongside the content lead and photography studio manager, my role involved bringing content to life creatively while ensuring high standards, brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition. I effectively managed deadlines and budgets throughout the process.
